The Cultural Spring x GoodCRM

The Cultural Spring is a project focussed on making the arts and culture an expected and accepted part of people’s lives, engaging the local communities of Sunderland and South Tyneside. In 2021, The Cultural Spring decided to join the many other arts, heritage and culture organisations that use GoodCRM to manage their participant data and help drive their programme.

Over the past 10 years, The Cultural Spring have helped to drive participation and interest in arts and culture through their programme of workshops, Go & See visits and events.

The team felt that their old CRM simply wasn’t fit for purpose, and wouldn’t help to support their long-term goals.

The main goal was to bring all data into a central place, which they could easily extract information from - crucially, as their goals changed and evolved, they needed a system which was highly customisable and could grow with them.
