Meet our team and hear our story.
Our Story
GoodCRM sprang into life in 2017 when founder Tom Cowle, in collaboration with Creative Music Charity Brighter Sound, began to develop a flexible database to store and interpret their vast amounts of monitoring data.
It became clear to Tom that the Arts, Culture, Heritage and Small Charity sectors had been overlooked by a tech-sector primarily concerned with making money, he founded Good Technologies, to prioritise making a difference, putting purpose before profit.
Fast forward to today. Tom is joined by Chief Geek Toby Griffiths, Arts Hero and Girl-Boss Steph Graham, and hundreds of truly inspiring clients / partners / ambassadors / friends across over 100 kick-ass organisations who’ve placed their data and their trust in GoodCRM.
In 2022 Good Technologies partnered with We Do Code, Software Developers with a conscience, to provide burstable development and support capacity.
Our team are passionate about creating affordable, person-friendly software for people who do Good.
As a business, we can only make a difference in this world by supporting, empowering and championing the amazing people we’re lucky enough to work with every day.
Our Values
At GoodCRM we are passionate supporters of the vital third-sector. Our passions include technology for good, arts, heritage, culture and the environment. Our founding principles are to provide useful, person-friendly technology at an affordable price.
We believe that technology, used correctly, can optimise organisational capacity, allowing our clients to spend less time on administration, and more time delivering impact.
We are here to help effect positive change, to champion fairness, to be involved, not faceless and ultimately, we are here for the benefit of our client community.
