• That manufactures or transfers weapons, armaments, torture equipment or equipment that is used in the violation of human rights.

• Which has links to an oppressive regime that are a continuing cause for concern.

• Which advocates discrimination and/or incitement to hatred.

• Takes an irresponsible approach to the payment of tax in the UK and/or elsewhere.
