Steph is an Arts Sector consultant. When she’s not cooking up ideas of how to best support our clients she’s helping cultural organisations achieve their fundraising, sustainability and business development goals. Steph prioritises working with organisations which are committed to furthering social, economic, racial and climate justice.

Before founding Good Technologies, Tom worked on technology projects for some of the world’s biggest brands including Nestle and O₂. GoodCRM has helped Tom achieve two core ambitions: to work on a product which can be grown and perfected over the long-term, and to work with and support people making a truly positive impact in the world.

Toby was busy running his own tech company, Cubic Mushroom, before joining GoodCRM in 2019. Toby is a world-class software developer, with commercial and third-sector experience working with the likes of Regatta and Age UK amongst many others. He is most often found knee deep in complex code, or spending time with his fantastic family of four in leafy South Manchester.

Penelope is our Customer Success Manager and your ultimate GoodCRM guide. She specialises in optimising organisational processes and saving time with savvy software solutions. If she's not engrossed in client calls, you might spot her upside-down in a yoga class.

Ian is a Senior Developer who first partnered with us on a project basis in 2023, and has now stepped into a regular role. A thoughtful problem-solver and highly skilled technician, he brings a calm, steady presence to our passionate team. Ian lives in Nottingham with his family and their cocker spaniel, Doug.

Dana is our Business Development Associate, bringing extensive experience as an international funding consultant across the arts, culture, and charity sectors. Based in Cambridge with her family, she provides a strategic, people-focused approach to sales, pitches, and proposals. Having collaborated with Dana in a consultancy capacity since 2016, we’re delighted to have her as a core part of the GoodCRM team.
