GoodCRM – A “Significant New Entrant” on the Annual Charity CRM Survey

The team at GoodCRM are delighted that the platform has featured, for the first time, in this years’ Civil Society Fundraising Magazine Annual CRM survey.

“It’s been 5 years since we started building GoodCRM. The product has grown significantly since then, but we’re still a tiny team that manage the day-to-day. To see GoodCRM come so high up in rankings, alongside some longstanding behemoths of the tech world is quite something!” comments Steph Graham, CEO.

“It is especially gratifying because the survey is completed by real users of the system, so it’s our clients that have rated us so highly” continues Steph, “we’re pleased delighted that the system scored particularly well in areas such as Technical Support, Knowledge of the charity sector, Social responsibility, Investment in Development and Cost”.

GoodCRM’s founder and Head of Product, Tom Cowle commented, “We are committed to continue providing an excellent service to our users in those areas, whilst also improving our product and service overall - we’re developing all the time.”

We’re also proud to offer unlimited free in-person training for GoodCRM clients. Although this is an area which wasn’t ranked in the survey, lack of training was highlighted as one of the biggest barriers to organisations getting the most out of their CRM.

“We think training should be a key factor when deciding on a CRM platform,” says Tom, “and ensures good value for money for charities, allowing them to grow and thrive.”
