Our new look

GoodCRM was never a typical tech start-up. We didn’t court angel investors, raise capital or assemble a crack team of the industry’s best minds.

Our product has been built through hand-in-hand collaboration with our wonderful clients. Together we’ve built a fantastic platform, and its power continues to grow with each new organisation we work with.

“From the very beginning, we’ve wanted GoodCRM to stand on its own two feet. It has grown organically and sustainably. Most importantly of all, it’s development has been led by our charity and cultural client partners”

— Tom Cowle, Founder and CEO

A luxury we’ve managed without, and have sorely missed, is working with design professionals.

We’ve got by, designing our own branding, and doing our best to create an intuitive UI. It’s been gratifying to regularly get good feedback on how intuitive and well designed the system is, but there’s no substitute for an experienced design professional!

So it has been a particularly exciting few months for us, working with the amazing Jane Bowyer on our beautiful new branding and to commission designers; agencies and animators to really help us get the message out.

“It’s been an absolute pleasure to work GoodCRM— collaboration has been key to getting us to this point. Over the last few months we’ve dug deeply into GoodCRM’s purpose and goals and together we’ve created an identity that is visually engaging and is rooted in an idea that is authentic and sustainable. ”
